November 2022

  November 2022 On November 7, we gathered to celebrate Morgan’s 14 th birthday.  On the 12 th , Kory and I went to the baptism of Hazel, my sister’s daughter. We gave her a cute little unicorn because she loves stuffed animals.  On the 13 th , we put up our Christmas decorations because I was going to have chemo the following week and wouldn’t feel up to it. We had to adjust a little to decorating a new home—some of the decorations don’t fit any more! On the 16 th , I found out that my niece Ainsley had been hit by a car while riding her moped. To make matters more complicated, she has been living and working in Hawaii! So, I woke up to about 30 text messages and was so scared for her. She wasn’t wearing a helmet, but miraculously she’s doing okay. Kristi needed to go over to be with her, so I drove her down to Salt Lake on Wednesday night so that she could catch a super early flight. The next morning, I had a quick breakfast with some of my old roommates. It was so fun to visit
