Spring Break and Stuff

The kids have been on Spring Break for the last week. I had to stay home and work, but Kory and the kids went to St. George for a few days to spend time with family down there. Before he left, Caleb got his Orange Belt at karate.  We also began remodeling our kitchen, so we've been without appliances and sink for over a week. Kind of like camping, but we're excited for when it's done. While I was here alone, I spent some time with my family. I took Ainsley to her DARE graduation. We ate at Bertram's Brewery and I had some of their homemade sasparilla. After dinner we wrapped up the night watching Dateline and Forensic Files. Ha ha. We know how to party.  Saturday we drove a scenic loop, heading through Stanley, Sun Valley and Arco (the less scenic part). It was a beautiful day and a gorgeous drive. We want to go back during the summer. We headed home through the Craters of the Moon and Arco, stopping at Pickle's Place for some deep-fried pickles. I also had a yummy black raspberry shake. We made it back home and went out to Smitty's with friends. Kory wasn't feeling very hungry so he thoug
