May 2021

 We got some nice weather at the beginning of May. We took the kids on a bike ride down to the Snake River. On the 3 rd , Kory and I got our first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. We have both had COVID, so we got a little sick from it, but nothing too dramatic. Morgan got an impressive wound while practicing skateboarding. On May 9, we had my Mom and Dad over for dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day. We took them for a drive out on the Bone Road. I got a set of golf clubs for Mother’s Day. On May 11, we had Aiden’s first birthday party. McKenzie arranged everything and we had a nice backyard barbeque at our house. Everyone had a great time eating, playing volleyball, and playing with the kids. On May 12, I went to the driving range to try out my new clubs. I felt like I was getting the hang of it. April 2021

 April 2021 April started off with General Conference and some nice weather. Kory and I took our first bike ride down by the river. The boys watched Priesthood Session together and went to dinner after. Austin and Leah added baby number three to their family with Kelson Michael Kunz born on April 8. It was a smooth delivery and he and Leah are doing well. Luckily, Austin has some paid paternity leave, so he’s been able to take care of Andy and Stevie. On April 9 we went with Madi and Quinton to Super Chix, a new restaurant in town. Caleb finally wrapped up Driver’s Ed by passing his written test on the first try and then passing the driving test. He was super happy to finally be official and has been cruising around town in the old red Buick we’ve been saving for him. I had a week off in between semesters, so I went down to Utah for a few days and reconnected with some old friends.
