Hard to believe it's been a year. Time flies! For our anniversary/Valentine's we took off to Utah (along with the entire state of Idaho). We stopped at the Tin Roof Grill in Sandy, which is a Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives stop--we love that show. The croquettes are truly delicious. After that we stayed at a hotel at Thanksgiving Point. The next morning we drove down to Spanish Fork to see Jodi and Evan's new house. Kristi and Terry were there too, so we hung out for awhile. It's the perfect place for Jodi and Evan....lots of land and places for the kids to play and a really cool house. After that we stopped in Pleasant Grove to visit with Kory's sister Jodi and her family. They are such a great family. They just got a new dog, so we got to meet the dog. Since we were so close to all my old roomies, I sent out a quick text and was able to have lunch with Wendy and Bob and Jody and Ken. It was so much fun just to have a quick visit with these great friends. A
