We've had a pretty chill week, with some fun things thrown in. I've been working a lot on my dissertation and am beginning to see a faint, very faint, flicker of light at the end of the tunnel.
On Thursday Kory and I went to the driving range with Quinton and Madi. I actually wasn't too bad with the driver.
Kory is a meticulous weeder. So much so that he won't let me help. So, on Saturday, I just sat in a chair and talked to him while he weeded.
On Saturday night we decided to take Chloe and Caleb on a little date. We went to Fat Cats in Rexburg and saw Spiderman Homecoming.
After that, Kory and the kids bowled a game. Kory got a score of 177. He was on fire!
We had dinner at Winger and dessert at KarieAnne's and we were stuffed. Fun Saturday.
August 7 was McKenzie's 30th birthday. She is our oldest child! She celebrated by golfing with Kory, Grandpa Kunz, and Kory's brothers. Then Kory and Grandpa took her and Ryker to dinner at Johnny Carino's. They headed back to our house for some cake and ice cream with the rest of the family. Followed up with a hot game of Mario Cart.
